For 20 years, the CSID Parent Support Group worked with the MedicalAlert Foundation to provide emergency support to children and adults with CSID. The foundation has on file medical protocols created by their physicians for doctors and emergency room staff in the event of an emergency for you or your child. They have many forms of emergency identification from wrist bands, dog tags, shoe tags, sports bands, and even watches. Once a child is old enough to carry a walet they also have emergency identification cards.
