Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.
Homemade Chunky Apple Sauce
  Ingredients

400g apple, peeled, cored, chopped in 1 centimeter cubes
120ml water
60g granulated fructose or 100g glucose
10ml lemon juice

 
Directions

In a 2 quart sauce pan, heat apples and water until apples are tender. Add fructose/glucose and lemon juice. Apple sauce can be served in this manner warm or cold, or can be blended in a food processor for pureed consistancy.

 
Use

Side dish or dessert.

Serving Size

1/4 cup for small children.
