Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes may be required for this recipe.

Sweet and Sour Cole Slaw

1 head cabbage
1 white onion
1/4 cup fructose
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2/3 cup virgin olive oil
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seeds


In food processor shred cabbage and onion. In 1 quart sauce pan add all other ingredients and bring to boil. Pour over cabbage and onions. Chill for 4 hours.
