Eastman's Coconut Buttercream Frosting
  Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened (if you want whiter use 1 cup Crisco shortening)
6 cups powdered fructose
1/3 cup cream
1-1/2 teaspoons coconut flavoring extract
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

In food processor mix all ingredients together, pulsing at first. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator. This can be divided and frozen. Beat again when thawed.
