200g avocado flesh
20ml lemon juice
85g-100g tomato, chopped
In mixing bowl, mash avocado with fork or potato masher and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add finely chopped tomato, salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro and mix well. Serve chilled.
Serve with deep fried pig skins, or vegtables for dipping.
