Aceto Balsamico di Modena Dressing

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3-1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dextrose of fructose
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
pinch of sea salt
Ground black pepper


Pulse all ingredients in food processor until just mixed. Allow to chill 30 minutes before using. Store in air-tight jar.


Dressing, (Very good on spinach salad with walnuts and crumbled feta or blue cheese.)
