|Sparkling Apple Juice Syrup|
2 quarts 100% pure apple juice
In a large pan, bring apple juice to boil and simmer until juice is reduced by 50%. Cool and save syrup in mason jars with tight lids. To use, fill a tall glass with ice, 8 ounces of seltzer water and 1/4 cup syrup.
