1/2 cup water
3/4 cup corn syrup (glucose)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (McCormack's)
1 tablespoon half-and-half per serving
Combine all ingredients except seltzer water and half-and-half in blender. and puree. Mix 1/3 cup of puree to 1 cup seltzer water in tall glass with ice. Drop in half and half just before serving and let float downwards in mixture without stiring.
