Monte's Tamarind Syrup | |
Ingredients 1/2 cup water 3/4 cup corn syrup 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (McCormack's) 1 tablespoon tamarind paste 3 bags any flavor herbal tea Seltzer water Directions Combine and bring to boil all ingredients except seltzer water. Strain out tamarind and any loose herbal tea leaves. Store in 1/2 pint mason jars with tight sealing lids. To serve mix 1/3 cup tamarind syrup with 8 ounces seltzer water. Use Beverage |
