|Mattisoff Family's Root Beer Floats|
1-1/2 cup water
3/4 cup granular fructose or 2/3 cup agave syrup (SR)
1-1/2 teaspoon Root Beer Concentrate (McCormack's)
Sugar-free Ice Cream
1 liter of soda water or seltzer or club soda
In one quart sauce pan, heat water to boiling and add fructose or syrup. Stir well until fully dissolved. Chill. When ready to use, mix syrup with liter of soda. Put one scoop of sugar free ice cream in chilled mugs and cover with root beer soda. Add a colorful straw or long spoon.
