Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.
|Mattisoff Family's Protein Chocolate Shake|
1 cup hot water
2 packets Knox gelatin
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon lecithin granules
1/3 cup powdered milk
2 tablespoons chocolate whey protein powder
Agave syrup to taste
Place hot water and gelatin in blender and blend until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Add crushed ice and process until smooth and shake consistancy.
