Phenotypes A, B, C, D, E, F
Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.
Homemade Barbecue Sauce

50g butter
150g onion, white or yellow
5g tomato puree
35g fructose, granulated
30g Worcestershire sauce
30ml vinegar
10g mustard powder


In frying pan, fry onion in butter until tender. Add tomato puree and simmer 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until mixture reduces by 30%. Let cool and process in blender until smooth. Store in air tight 1/2 pint mason jars.
