|Mattisoff Family's Lemon Cream Cheese Icing|
8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup salted butter
2 tablespoons agave syrup
juice of 1 large lemon
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Yellow food coloring (optional)
Beat in mixing bowl all ingredients until light and fluffy.
