Finches' Pumpkin Pie Filling | |
Ingredients 6 tablespoons dark honey 1 cup cream 2 cups unsweetened pumpkin puree 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon mace 1/4 teaspoon salt Directions Mix all ingredients in food processor. Bake in shell, remkin dishes or pyrex 1 cup bowls. Bake at 450 degrees F until centers are set. Time will vary based on baking dish or shell used. Use Holiday, Dessert |
