Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Filling | |
Ingredients 2 cups fresh rhubarb sliced in 1/2 inch pieces 2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and tops removed 3/4 cup granular fructose 3 tablespoons cornstarch 1 teaspoon orange zest Directions In an oven-proof casserole dish with lid, add all ingredients and mix together. Before putting in oven let sit for 10-15 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees F for 40-50 minutes until filling is thick and bubbling. Check at 30 minutes, if filling appears very juicy, remove lid and continue baking. Use Dessert |
