Italian Dressing
Ingredients

1/2 extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fructose or dextrose
1/2 teaspoon liquid garlic
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 tablespoons water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and process for 30 seconds. Chill in air-tight dressing bottle until ready to serve. Shake well before serving.
