Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.
Lentil Soup
  Ingredients

60g butter
150g onion, white or yellow, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
15g coriander
2g cinnamon
2g chilli powder
250g red, or brown lentils
1500ml water
30g tomato puree
1g salt

Directions

In stockpot, add butter, onions and garlic and cook until tender. Add spices, and cook 2 minutes. Add lentils, water and tomato puree and salt. Cover and simmer on low heat 30 minutes, stiring occasionally. Water should reduce by 50%
