Ingredients 1 pound fresh okra, washed, stems removed, and cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 medium yellow onion, chopped 4 large paste tomatoes, skins removed and chunked 1 large green pepper, seeded and chopped 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Salt Directions In large skillet, cook oil, okra, and onion for 5 minutes.
