Ingredients
3 tablespoons Wilton's meringue powder
4 cups powdered fructose
4-6 tablespoons warm water
Directions
In a large mixing bowl with whisk attachment, beat meringue
powder and water until stiff peaks form. Then add powdered fructose one
cup at a time. Process until stiff peaks appear glossy. The less water
you use the stiffer the icing. Icing can be colored or flavored as
desired.
