Phenotypes A, B, C, D, E, F
Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.

Egg Fu Yung

45 ml oil
40 g sliced spring onions
100 g bean sprouts
50 g mushrooms
50 g chopped almonds (only add for phenotypes B and C)
15 ml soy sauce
6 beaten eggs

Heat frying pan with 20 ml oil. Stir fry beansprouts, mushrooms, onions, and almonds. Add soy sauce and continue cooking for a minute. Then add beaten one side first and then flipping to cook the other. It is easier to cut in quarters before flipping. Cook until slightly brown and eggs are firm.
