Phenotypes A, B, C, D, E, F
Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.

Egg Fu Yung
   
  Ingredients

45 ml oil
40 g sliced spring onions
100 g bean sprouts
50 g mushrooms
50 g chopped almonds (only add for phenotypes B and C)
15 ml soy sauce
6 beaten eggs
 
Directions


Heat frying pan with 20 ml oil. Stir fry beansprouts, mushrooms, onions, and almonds. Add soy sauce and continue cooking for a minute. Then add beaten eggs.cooking one side first and then flipping to cook the other. It is easier to cut in quarters before flipping. Cook until slightly brown and eggs are firm.
