Phenotypes A, B, C, D, E, F
Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.
Mock Minestrone Soup
  Ingredients

50g bacon, chopped, curred with dextrose
50g onion, white or yellow, chopped
25g parsley, chopped
25g vegtable oil
100g cabbage, chopped
80g carrot, diced
80g leek, chopped
50g runner beans
30g celery, chopped
10g tomato puree
1000ml vegetable stock
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

In stockpot, add butter, onions and parsley and cook until tender. Add all other ingredients and cook 30 minutes.
