Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes may be required for this recipe.
Bundy Family's Caper Herb Sauce


2 cups fresh parsley
1/2 cup fresh basil
3 scallions
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon lime zest
pinch of sea salt
1 cup gherkins
1 tablespoon capers, rinsed
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
1/4 teaspoon Tobacco sauce


In food processor pulse together parsley, basil, scallions. garlic, lime zest and salt. With processor on add gherkins, lime juice and Tobacco sauce until finely chopped. With processor off, stir in capers.


Sauce: use with fish or poultry
