Ingredients
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 clove garlic
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup feta cheese
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
Directions
In food processor pulse together all ingredients except cheese
until coarsely chopped. Then add feta and pulse until chopped but cheese
should be visible in small chunks. Store leftovers in refrigerator in
air-tight container. This sauce can be frozen.
