Rhonda's Lemon Herb Sauce


1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 cup fresh dill
1 shallot, peeled
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 cup sour cream or plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt
salt and pepper to taste


In food processor, pulse together all ingredients. Let chill one hour for flavors to meld together.


Sauce: use with fish, pork or poultry
