Ingredients
2 skin on, bone-in turkey breasts
1/2 cup salted butter
3 teaspoons thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced (omit phenotypes A, D & F)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In processor pulse together butter,
thyme, rosemary, and garlic. Apply paste under skin of breasts and on
outside of breasts. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat breasts in oven
until meat thermometer reached 160 degrees F. (~ 45-50 minutes). Let
rest 15 minutes and then plate covering with juices. Garnish with sprigs
of rosemary.
