Ingredients
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup granular fructose or dextrose
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 bag coleslaw mix
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
Directions
In 1 quart sauce pan simmer vinegar and fructose until crystals are
dissolved. Let cool.
Whisk together all ingredients in a mixing bowl except coleslaw
mix. Then add coleslaw mix and chill one hour before serving. Season to
taste.
