Ingredients
30 Jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, and towel dried
5 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced (omit for phenotypes A, D & F)
1-1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds, crushed
2 cups crushed tomatoes with puree
3/4 cup or 0ne 6-ounce bottle clam juice
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Salt ad pepper to taste
Directions
Add everything but shrimp to large skillet and cook until
bubbling. Then add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes until shrimp is cooked
through.
