10 ounces of boneless chicken thighs
4 ounces of chicken liver
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Mrs Dash table blend seasoning
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon ground sage
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
In a large skillet, cook liver and thighs in oil. Once cooked
through, place all ingredients in food processor and blend until
coarsely chopped. Serve warm.
Yields 1-1/2 cups (enough for 6 to 8 hungry
teenagers who are looking for a movie night snack.
Dip, instead of serving with crackers, serve with pork rinds,
cucumber slices, celery sticks or zucchini slices.
