Phenotypes A, B, C, D, E, F
Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.
Carrot and Orange Soup

500g carrot, diced
1000ml water
100g onion, white or yellow, chopped
60ml orange juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
5g coriander, chopped (reserve some for garnish)
40ml cream, whole (20ml will be used for garnish)


Place all ingredients, except cream, in a 2 quart sauce pan and simmer 30 minutes. Move to blender and puree. Add back to saucepan, add cream and re-heat. Garnish with coriander leaves and dolip of cream.
