Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.
425g tomato, canned, unsweetened
250ml vegetable stock
75g olive oil
140g tomatoes, fresh, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced (B & C phenotypes only, all others use 1/2
teaspoon liquid bottled garlic juice)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
1/2 teaspoon cumin
750ml tomatoe juice, unsweetened
200g cucumber, diced
200g onion, red, or white, chopped
70g green pepper, diced
Puree in blender, canned tomatoes, stock, oil, and vinegar. Add puree to fancy serving bowl and add remaining ingredients, mix and chill.
