Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.
Homemade Tomato Chutney
  Ingredients

1000g tomatoes, peeled, chopped
125g cooking apples, peeled, cored, chopped
500g onions, chopped
100g sultanas
450ml vinegar
1/2 teaspoon mustard
2 tsp curry powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
450g crystalline fructose

 



Directions

Mix all ingredients except fructose and simmer gently until soft, stiring occasionally. Add fructose and simmer for an additional 30 minutes. Mixture should reduce by a third. Store in refigerator in pint mason jars or freeze unused portions.

Use:

Serve over fish or other meats as a condiment.
