Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.
4 pork chops
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1-1/2 cups apple cider
1/4 soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic
Directions
Combine all ingredients except pork and mix well. Place chops in shallow glass pie plate and pour ingredients to cover and marinate in refrigerator 2-24 hours. Grill chops 12 to 15 minutes until done. Serves 4.
