Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.
|Honey Mustard Chicken|
1 chicken fryer cut into 6 pieces
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
Line baking pan with aluminum foil, then cover with piece of parchment paper. Spray paper with non-stick cooking spray and lay out pieces of chicken in pan. Mix honey, salt and mustard together and spead over chicken pieces. Dust top of each piece of chicken with curry powder and bake at 350 degrees 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Serves 6.
