Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.
Honey Plum Glazed Ham

1 cup no sugar added plum jam
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon vinegar, cider
6 pound precooked ham (cured with dextrose)


Score top of ham in diamond pattern, making cuts about 1/4 inch deep. Mix all ingredients in a 1 quart sauce pan and bring to a simmer stiring constantly until consistancy of glaze. Brush ham with glaze and bake 1-1/4 to 2-1/2 hours. Brush with glaze every 30 minutes.
