Ingredients 2 egg yolks 2g mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoons lemon juice 250ml olice oil Directions In food processor or blender, whisk egg yolks, mustard, salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to combine. Add oil very slowly through shoot or top with machine on. Whisk constantly. Finally add last teaspoon of lemon juice. Use Condiment |
