Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.
|Parker's Sour Cream and Potato Casserole|
2 pounds frozen hash browns, thawed
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup melted butter
1 10-1/2 oz can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 pint sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and place in 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 12. Serving size is important. Serve on a day when starch was not given for breakfast or lunch.
