Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.
Pam's Irish Soda Bread
  Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup Crisco Butter flavored shortening
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
1/2 cup rasins

Directions

Mix flours, soda, and seeds in large mixing bowl. Cut in shortening with dough fork of Kitchen-aid mixer or pastry cutter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Fork in rasins. Add buttermilk and honey. Knead in Kitchen-aid until dough looks soft and smooth. If dough sees too dry add a tablespoon at a time additional buttermilk, if too moist, add a tablespoon at a time additional all-purpose flour. Spray Pam on cookie sheet. Form a round ball of dough and slightly flatten on cookie sheet. Brush top with additional buttermilk. Let you child cut a large X or an initial on the top of the dough to practice their alphabet. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until loaf appears golden and crusty.
