Homemade Mint Sauce
  Ingredients

20g mint leaves, chopped
20g crystalline fructose
30ml boiling water
45ml vinegar
2g salt
 
Directions

In a food processor, coarsely chop mint leaves with one teaspoon of fructose. In a one quart sauce pan, add boiling water, chopped mint leaves, remaining fructose, vinegar and salt. Boil until reduced and has a syrup consistency.
