Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.
|Watt's Family No-Bake Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies|
1 cup honey
1 cup granulated fructose
3/4 cup butter or butter flavored Crisco
2/3 cup milk
1 small box sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
3-1/2 cups quick oatmeal
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
In a 2 quart sauce pan, stir honey, fructose, butter and milk together. Bring to gentle boil 3 to 5 minutes. Take pan off heat and add remaining ingredients and mix well. Let stand 5 minutes. On cookie shet lined with wax or parchment paper drop rounded teaspoonfuld of dough. Serve when cookies are cool. Makes about 4 dozen. Serving size 2 cookies. Serving size is important.
You can make any flavor of cookie with any sugar-free instant puding mix.
