Sucraid or other enzyme replacement for sucrose for all phenotypes is required for this recipe.
|Watt's Family Kool-Aid Sherbet|
3 cups half-and half
1 package unsweetened Kool-Aid any flavor
1 cup honey
Mix half-and half, honey, and unsweetened Kool-Aid in blender. Pour into shallow baking pan and freeze until mixture is nearly (partially) frozen. Then put mixture into chilled Kitchen-aid bowl and beat until fluffy. Re-freeze in bowl until set, Serves 6.
