Cheri's Sucrose Free Crumb Topping
  Ingredients

1/3 cup flour or almond flour
1 tablespoon granular fructose
1 tablespoon Crisco shortening
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, blender or food processor. Mix until crumbly. Use to top fruit dishes.
