Anderson's Homemade Crepes | |
Ingredients 3 eggs 2 tablespoons melted Crisco shortening 1/2 cup soy flour 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1 tablespoon dextrose 1 cup water Directions In a blender on medium speed add all ingredients and mix well. Place mixture in refrigerator 1 hour. (This gives much better texture to the crepe.) Cook according to crepe pan directions. Fill with sweet or savory filling. Use Dessert or Dinner |
