Ingredients 12 Anderson's Homemade Crepes 1 cup 4% creamed cottage cheese 3 tablespoons dextrose 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pinch of cinnamon Directions In a mixing bowl blend cottage cheese, dextrose, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Fill each crepe with about 1 tablespoon of cheese filling and roll up. Bake at 350 degrees F (about 175 degrees C) 10 to 15 minues or until hot. Top with fruit if desired. Use Dessert, Can be sent cold for school lunch. |
