2-1/2 cups half-and-half, whole milk, goat milk or lactaid milk
3 tablespoons dextrose or fructose
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
nutmeg to dust
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl and spoon batter into remkins. Bake in water bath at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out of center clean.
Can be refrigerated covered up to 3 days.
