Sucrose-free Kool-aid Jello | |
Ingredients 2 cups boiling hot water 2 cups ice chips and water 2 envelops unflavored Knox gelatin 1 envelope unsweetened Kool-aid (any flavor) 2 tablespoons crystaline fructose Directions In large bowl add 2 cups hot water and packages of Knox geletin. Let sit for 5 minutes. Then transfer to 2 quart sauce pan and cook until gelatin is completely dissolved. Into ice-chips and water add package of unsweetened Kool-aid and fructose. Mix. Add gelatin mixture and stif until ice ships dissolve. (Ice chips and water speeds up setting time) Refrigerate until firm. Use Dessert, Snack |
