|Sucrose-free Pomegranate Jello|
16 ounces of Pom Wonderful 100% Pomegranate juice
2 envelops unflavored Knox gelatin
In a 1 quart sauce pan and juice and gelatin cook until gelatin is completely dissolved. Refrigerate until firm. This will have a jello giggler firmness. Cut into cubes and serve in dessert dish. Makes 2 servings.
