Sucrose-free Brownies | |
Ingredients 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 ounces unsweetened Dutch or Ghirardelli cocoa powder 1/2 cup Crisco butter flavored shortening 2 tablespoons granulated fructose or 3 tablespoons dextrose 1/2 cup soy flour 1 cup all purpose flower 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions Cream together all ingredients in food processor. Transfer mixture to greased 8X8 baking pan. Bake 350 degrees F for 25-35 minutes. Cut when cool into 2 inch squares. Yields 16 brownies. Use Dessert, Snack |
