Savory Soybeans

1 package frozen soybeans or 1-1/2 cups cooked dry beans
2 small tomatoes
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 small bell pepper, seeded and chopped
3 green onions, chopped, including greens
3 slices dextrose cured bacon, cooked and chopped in centimeter wide pieces
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon granulated fructose
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper


Combine all ingredients in oven safe casserole dish and just enough water to cover beans. Bake at 325 degrees F 3-1/2 to 4 hours, juices should reduce by 50%.
